Full job description
The Work:
In this role as an Oracle A2R/R2R configurator, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing Oracle’s Account to Report (A2R) and Record to Report (R2R) modules to support seamless financial operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve analyzing business requirements, designing solutions within Oracle’s suite, and ensuring that financial processes are accurately mapped and automated. You will collaborate closely with finance teams and IT stakeholders to implement best practices, troubleshoot issues, and deliver enhancements that drive efficiency and compliance across the organization. Configure and optimize Oracle A2R (Account to Report) and R2R (Record to Report) modules to meet business requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze process requirements Implement best practices for Oracle A2R/R2R processes and workflows. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle A2R/R2R configurations Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the Oracle environment Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date process documentation. Provide end-user support and training on Oracle A2R/R2R functionalities Participate in testing activities to ensure successful deployment of solutions
Here’s what you need:
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Federal Financials, workflow automation, and Federal Financial reporting tools
- Experience with process mapping, system integration, and change management.
- Exposure to large-scale ERP implementations, cross-functional project teams, and continuous improvement initiatives

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
