<p align="center"><b>Come create your career with Volt</b></p> <p align="center"> </p> <p>Volt is immediately hiring a <b>Warehouse Associate </b>in <b>Westfield, IN 46074</b></p> <p> </p> <p>As a <b>Warehouse Associate, </b>you will:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Perform material movement activities within the warehouse.</li> <li>Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipments safely and efficiently.</li> <li>Process receiving, put-away, stock transfers, and material requests.</li> <li>Pick, pack, and prepare materials for production and customer requirements.</li> <li>Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.</li> <li>Utilize ERP systems to track inventory and material transactions.</li> <li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies using root cause analysis.</li> <li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, stretch wrappers, and other warehouse equipment (with required certification/training).</li> <li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and material flow.</li> <li>Assist in training new warehouse associates as required.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with safety, quality, GMP, ISO, FDA, and company standards.</li> <li>Promote teamwork and a positive work environment.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>This is a <b>full time, contract</b> opportunity.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Schedule:</b> <br /> <br /> <b>1^st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Monday to Friday</b></p> <p><b>2^nd Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM Monday to Friday</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>The ideal candidate will have: </b></p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required.</li> <li>Experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, inventory control, shipping & receiving, or material handling.</li> <li>Knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.</li> <li>Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems preferred.</li> <li>Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p><b>Preferred Skills & Qualifications</b></p> <ul> <li>Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.</li> <li>Experience in manufacturing, medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>Pay Rate:<i> $20.00 - $23.21 per hour.</i></b></p> <p> </p> <p>*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>Qualified candidates should <b>APPLY NOW</b> for immediate consideration!
