Hours: Typically Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM (with flexibility)

Location: Remote

Salary: $70k - $85k (pending experience)

  • Perform data maintenance in Logility (forecasting/capacity planning software) /similar capacity planning tools such as connecting item history for new items, pricing, rates, routes, etc.
  • Validate forecasts by understanding sources of demand and working with Sales, Customer Service, and Planning groups to resolve gaps. Need to be able to analyze historical information to project future demand as well as incorporate new business opportunities.
  • Review and analyze capacity utilization
  • Handles internal plant transfer of material and outsourcing activities
  • Gathers data to determine forecast adjustments
  • Review and analyze inventory levels and demand, establishing replenishment plans to minimize stock
  • Provides information necessary for adjusting schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
  • Ensures incoming shipments are in compliance with PO
  • Coordinates with production operations on requirements for finished goods
  • Handles basic to moderate complex issues
  • Perform all other duties and assignments as required by management.

Qualifications, Education and Experience

  • Ability to complete complex mathematical equations, excellent in measurement equations, analytical and statistical skills, 3 or more years of directly related experience.
  • Strong Excel software experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams), Visio, Outlook and planning software.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients.
  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
