Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist – Nights at MedStar Health, you will deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services during overnight hours in a large, mission-driven health system. In this on-site role, you will review and verify medication orders, manage complex drug therapies, and provide therapeutic drug monitoring to optimize outcomes for diverse inpatient populations. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other clinicians, respond to codes and urgent consults, and contribute to antimicrobial stewardship and medication safety initiatives. Leveraging MedStar’s robust clinical resources and technology, you will support evidence-based, patient-first care, educate patients and staff, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
