Our high-volume and fast-paced Service Department needs to hire a full-time Lane Coordinator/Service Greeter to greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors, answer the phone, keep the service lane organized and clean, drive customers to and from nearby locations, and more.

Must work Fridays and Saturdays, off Thursdays, closed on Sundays. 6:00am to 3:00pm schedule. Apply now and join our team!

Responsibilities - Lane Coordinator/Service Greeter:

• Greet Service Department customers in a courteous and professional manner, direct them to Service Advisors
• Check in loaner vehicles
• Answer the phone
• Keep service lane organized and clean
• Assist service advisor and techs pulling up cars/moving cars
• Move vehicle in lots
• Assist in carwash
• Drive customers to and from nearby locations, and more.
• Other duties may be assigned by manager

Qualifications - Lane Coordinator/Service Greeter:

• Must work Fridays and Saturdays, off Thursdays, closed on Sundays. 6:00am to 3:00pm schedule.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, a professional appearance
• A positive 'can do' attitude and good work ethic
• Friendly, energetic, and self-motivated to succeed
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Driver's license and insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
