Nurse Educator Preop PACU

Mission Health seeks a Nurse Educator for Preop and PACU to lead clinical education for perioperative nursing teams. This role designs and delivers evidence-based orientation, competency validation, and ongoing training to support safe pre- and post-anesthesia care. The educator partners with surgeons, anesthesia, and nursing leadership to identify learning needs, improve quality outcomes, and standardize best practices. Working on-site with advanced technology and skilled clinicians, this position promotes patient-centered care, staff development, and continuous improvement across Western North Carolina.
