Full job description

At WelbeHealth, we unlock the full potential of seniors by providing the support and resources they need to live happy, healthy, and independent lives in their own homes. A key part of that support comes from the clinical and non-clinical services we provide at our day centers.

We’re excited to be preparing to open our first WelbeHealth center outside of California and bring the PACE model of care to Essex County. While we are not actively recruiting for most positions just yet, we welcome you to submit a general interest application to be considered as hiring begins. Hiring expected to begin in Fall 2026.

  • Caregivers (Home Care & Center Based)
  • Drivers
  • Transportation Leadership
  • Home Health/Care Leadership (RN required)
  • Provider Network roles
  • Various administrative roles
