Rehabilitation Licensed Practical Nurse – Senior Care

Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for our Rehab team, full-time day shift. The LPN delivers person-centered care to senior residents, including medication administration, treatments, wound and rehab support, and monitoring changes in condition. Collaborating with RNs, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team, the LPN follows care plans, documents accurately, and communicates with residents and families. This role supports a faith-based mission focused on dignity, respect, and quality outcomes, while offering opportunities to grow within a collaborative, senior-care continuum.
