Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active New Hampshire PT license
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• EMR: ReDoc
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Type of equipment: routine outpatient PT equipment
• Typical procedures: eval and treatments
• Dress code: professional casual
