Dependable babysitter needed for 3 kids

We're looking for a babysitter to help care for our three children, ages 5,6 and 11. The start date for this position is October 3 You should have a car for transportation and experience with special needs. My younger two are not fully verbal. They are all very sweet kids with no aggressive behaviors. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, preparing snacks and taking them to play outside if weather permits. We are looking for someone who will create a safe and engaging environment for the kids. This role requires patience and understanding.
