Minimum Requirements
- Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver‘s license
- Reliable transportation and insurance
- Experience with Homecare Homebase
Assignment Details
- May be required to supervise home health aide in procedures directly related to the speech-language therapy plan of care.
