Sous Chef Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in various kitchen positions.
• Minimum 1 year in upper kitchen leadership positions, such as Sous chef or manager.
• Strong communicator and trainer.
• Knowledge of proper laws and standards for all BOH procedures
• Be able to execute proper standards for all BOH positions
• Has trained and developed a team before.
• posses a general understanding of weekly sales and P&L statements and objectives.
• Have knowledge on how to do inventories, schedules and managing events.
