Staff Cloud Systems Engineer – Architecture

Vantor is hiring a Staff Systems Engineer to lead architecture and product engineering for modern web and data‑driven solutions. You will design scalable, cloud‑native systems, guide implementation across services, APIs, and infrastructure, and ensure reliability, security, and performance. Partnering closely with product and client stakeholders, you’ll translate business needs into technical roadmaps, run architecture reviews and PoCs, and mentor engineers in craftsmanship and automation. This role suits a hands‑on technical leader who enjoys complex systems, agile delivery, and collaborating in a low‑ego, learning‑focused environment.
