Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our award‑winning inpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based OT services to adults recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, orthopedic surgery, and other complex conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, ADL/IADL retraining, neuromuscular and cognitive rehab, patient and family education, and active participation in interdisciplinary team meetings. You’ll work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to advanced rehab technology, mentorship, specialty training, and clear paths for professional growth and leadership.
