FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide evidence-based geriatric rehab in patients’ homes and senior living communities in Moncks Corner, SC. You will deliver functional, one-on-one interventions, carry out individualized treatment plans, document in an EMR, and collaborate closely with PTs, OT, SLP, and facility staff.
