Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Clinical inpatient experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with possibility of occasional weekend assistance
• Patient volume: about 4-6 patients per day
• EMR: WellSky
• Facility type: Hospital
