RN PCU Resource Float Pool

UCHealth is seeking an experienced RN for our PCU Resource Float Pool. In this role, you’ll provide advanced, progressive care nursing across multiple hospital units, supporting diverse patient populations and acuity levels. You’ll assess, monitor, and coordinate complex care, using telemetry and critical-care skills to stabilize patients and support safe transitions. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you’ll deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care while mentoring peers.
