Licensed Practical Nurse

Ascension is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for our Med Surg unit. In this role, you will deliver direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting with treatments, and supporting activities of daily living. You will collaborate closely with RNs, physicians, and the care team to implement individualized care plans, document patient status, and promote safety and infection control.
