Travel Registered Nurse

VitalCaring is seeking a Travel Registered Nurse to provide high-quality home health and hospice care across assigned territories. In this role, you will conduct skilled nursing visits in patient homes, including assessments, wound care, medication management, and care planning in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. You will travel between patient locations, document care accurately in the EMR, and educate patients and families on disease management and safety.
