Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
* Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
* BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
* Experience in outpatient settings
Assignment Details
* Float to other clinics as needed
* Patient population includes orthopedics, some vestibular, work comp, sport, and pelvic health
* Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
* Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
* Double-booking of follow up visits is expected
