5-8 in-house 24-hour call shifts per month
Average 25 patients per shift
High acuity busy practice with 3,000 deliveries per year
5 midwives provide support to MD providers on L&D
Emergency cases include hysterectomy and ectopic pregnancy
Required skills include high risk pregnancy management
Ultrasound performance and interpretation required
C-section decision-making and complicated delivery skills needed
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
