This role partners closely with the General Manager to oversee hotel performance, develop team members, and ensure operational excellence across all departments. Hotel Assistant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of hotel management experience, including department head, AGM, or equivalent leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead teams across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, guest satisfaction metrics, and revenue management principles
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Hotel Assistant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

• Experience with Hilton-branded or other major hotel franchise systems
• Track record of developing high-performing teams and improving guest satisfaction scores
• Familiarity with budgeting, labor management, and operational reporting
• Ability to lead by example and maintain high standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment
