Call: 1:3 ratio, 30-minute response time, 7 am - 7 am
Clinic: 20 - 22 patients per shift
Call: ~12 phone consults, 5 patients seen, 2 - 5 admissions per 24 hrs
Outpatient clinic and hospital setting
Procedures required -- deliveries and C-sections
Low and high risk pregnancy; routine and complicated deliveries
Leave coverage
Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
