Team 6 – General Surgery - Surgical Technologist - $2480 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• 1 month of Trauma Level 1 facility is required.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: UIHC-Main Campus will only consider candidates who have experience in similar settings (high acuity, fast-paced, level 1 trauma centers); please be sure this experience is outlined in your profile prior to submission. Scrub vascular.

Unit and facility details: UIHC determines their rates quarterly for all agencies and they are non-negotiable. Please check with your Advocate to confirm whether this position will undergo a rate change during the dates of this assignment.

Shift & Scheduling:

• Start Date: Any Monday.
• 1100 start 10’s, Call or extension of shift weekly. 24-hr weekend call every 6 weeks. Weekends per unit rotation to cover vacations, no more than 1 weekend per contract.

Other Requirements: 1 Reference must be from the most recent place of employment.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required
