Full job description
Health First VitalWatch is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Tele-Intensivist to join our innovative eICU program in Rockledge, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver advanced critical care within our state-of-the-art tele-ICU command center supported by experienced ICU nurses, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary clinical teams across a 4-hospital integrated delivery network.
As part of a High Reliability Organization committed to patient safety, quality, and innovation, you will play a key role in delivering evidence-based critical care across the health system using advanced technology platforms including Philips eCareManager and Epic EMR.
Position Highlights
- Full-time employed Tele-Intensivist position
- 7 PM 7 AM shift schedule with flexible block scheduling options
- True shift-based role with no responsibilities outside scheduled hours
- Provide real-time remote ICU care and proactive patient monitoring
- Collaborate with bedside physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in rapid response and code events across the system
- Utilize advanced telemedicine technology including Philips eCareManager and Epic

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Critical Care Medicine
- Active Florida Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
- ICU experience required
- Telemedicine/eICU experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
