Proactive Physical Therapy seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this outpatient role, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to restore function and reduce pain. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and document care using EMR.
