Offering Permanent Employment or Contract Position
KenCrest is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our Delaware team in Kent and Sussex Counties as our Family Service Coordinator!
This position will provide service coordination for children aged birth to 3-years old who qualify for Early Intervention Services following the State of Delaware's Early Intervention Guidelines, supporting families in the home and community setting.
As a Family Service Coordinator with KenCrest, you will ensure the coordination of high-quality services and supports for children and their parents/caregivers and serve as the primary point of contact in helping families understand and access early intervention services for their child. This hybrid role combines family service coordination with participation on a multidisciplinary team that conducts evaluations and assessments. While service coordination is the primary focus of the position, you will also assist with in-person evaluations and assessments conducted in homes and community settings throughout New Castle County.
Limited telework may be available for certain service coordination activities; however, regular local travel is required to support families and participate in community-based evaluations and assessments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or Special Education
Minimum one (1) years’ experience providing Early Childhood Services to infants, toddlers, and their families
Minimum one (1) year experience with home visits or case management, preferred
