Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• At least 1 year of skilled nursing facility experience
• Must be comfortable treating patients in a memory care setting, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, and completing screenings

Assignment Details

• 5 days per week
• Flex schedules, with required treatment completion and no missed treatments
