Ivy Rehab , our Physical Therapists have opportunities to pursue multiple professional tracks, including new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership opportunities.
With productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards, we prioritize sustainable practice environments that support high-quality patient care. Compensation:
$82,000 to $105,000/year (based on location, experience, certs, etc.)
If taking advantage of our clinician bonus plan, you can earn

up to

an additional $1,192.31 a paycheck ($31,000 annually).
Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment offered for

this

opportunity ( up to

$10K)

What we look for:
License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
Eagerness to grow & learn
Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of your standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.)
