Requirements

Board Certified Radiation Oncology - (REQUIRED)
Active Ohio Medical License - (PREFERRED)
Candidates Requiring Licensure - (ACCEPTED)

Reference from Recent Locum Assignment (if applicable) - (REQUIRED)
