StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8;This facility is seeking an Occupational Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Schedule: Monday Friday 8a-5p
Urgent Care Clinic
Colorado state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Board Certified or Eligible and Department of Transportation (DOT).
Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
