Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join their team in Rockledge. As a Quality Inspector, you will be an integral part of the Finish Department supporting quality assurance and product excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Rate: $16.50 hourly

Shift: 1:30PM-10:00PM with some Saturdays/overtime required!

What's the Job?

  • Examine materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Support the organization’s CARE values by promoting a culture of quality and safety
  • Document inspection results accurately and maintain detailed records
  • Identify, segregate, and handle non-conforming materials appropriately
  • Perform on-the-spot touch-ups and rework as needed to ensure product quality

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in geometric tolerances and understanding of quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office applications
  • Ability to distinguish colors and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting over 50 lbs
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
