Bethesda Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Rehab Nurse to provide person-centered rehabilitation care to seniors in our faith-based community. In this on-site role, you will assess residents, develop and implement individualized rehab-focused care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor functional progress, and collaborate closely with therapy and interdisciplinary teams. You will support safe transitions, educate residents and families, uphold dignity and respect, and contribute to quality outcomes in a mission-driven environment.
