Job description:
Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits for South Austin Metro areas. Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities available.
Assessments / SOCs / Recerts $80/hr -Initial & recurring visits
Treatments & discharges $45/hr- Ongoing skilled visits
Retention incentive-- $5K- Pre-tax, after year one (FT)
Weekly pay
Paid travel time & mileage
Company-issued tablet (FT)

JOB DUTIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical conditions and needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the team
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
Monitor patient responses to treatment and adjust care plans as needed
Complete accurate OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, and timely visit notes
Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the broader care team
Required qualifications
Current, valid RN license in the state of Texas (compact license accepted)
Current BLS / CPR certification
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of home health care practices
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in the field
Preferred qualifications
1+ year of home health or clinical nursing experience
Familiarity with OASIS documentation and Medicare home health regulations
