Responsibilities:

The Physical Therapist I delivers evidence-based, patient-centered rehabilitation services to restore function, improve mobility, reduce pain, and maximize independence. Youll collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to develop individualized treatment plans that help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, mobility, and functional rehabilitation.

Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate EMR documentation and comply with hospital and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy

2. Current state Physical Therapy license

3. Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Pay Transparency:

Central Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $40.00 to $50.01 per hour. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
