Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Respiratory Unit experience worked in the last 3 years.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: AMN Program - Fairview Health Services.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Float experience does not count towards the unit experience requirement. 2 years of recent experience with Peds/NICU/PICU.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends. No on-call.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 10/31/2026, 11/26/2026, 12/24/2026, 12/25/2026, 12/31/2026. Number of holidays allowed off: 1

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 2 years

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
