Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2940 per week.

Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Cardiac rhythm interpretation is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Previous charge experience is preferred. Pre/post thoracic surgery experience is preferred. Experience with colostomy/ileostomy care is preferred. Experience with central line blood draws is preferred.

Required Credentials: BSN is required for international clinicians.

Unit Details: Adult patient population. Contract RN/LPN team members are expected to actively participate in nursing student support and clinical education as we prepare future nurses for the profession. The clinical nursing student education responsibility is expected in addition to/alongside the provision of clinical care practice in every nursing specialty at Ballad Health.

Shift & Scheduling: Available schedules include 3x12 and 4x12 night shifts. 36/36, 36/48, and 48/48 schedules are available. Every other weekend. No call.

Floating Requirements: Floating to other units is required when needed.
