General Manager – High-Volume Casual Dining

Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Bonus, Benefits & Growth Opportunities

We are seeking an energetic, hands-on General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume casual dining restaurant. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong restaurant leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds successful teams, and delivers an outstanding guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
High-energy, hands-on leadership style
Strong ability to recruit, train, motivate, and develop a team
Solid understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
Commitment to excellent food quality, service, and hospitality
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and occasional late nights
