Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess functional abilities, design and deliver evidence-based treatment plans, and guide patients through individualized rehabilitation programs to restore independence in daily activities. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, document progress in the EMR, and contribute to a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding environment focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.
