Encompass Health seeks a Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy in our inpatient rehab setting. You will evaluate functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, cognition, and mobility. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment, and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
