Transportation CNA- Van Driver

Touchstone Communities is seeking a Transportation CNA – Van Driver to safely transport residents to appointments, therapies, and community outings while delivering compassionate, person-centered care. In this on-site role, you will assist with transfers, mobility, and personal care before and after trips, monitor residents’ comfort and safety during transport, and communicate any health or behavioral changes to nursing staff. You will complete vehicle safety checks, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and infection control protocols.
