Interventional Rad Tech - Huntersville Medical Center
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, no call or weekends

What We’re Looking For:
- ARRT (R) required
- 1 year of Diagnostic Radiology experience
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred. Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program, required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of one year of experience in Diagnostic Radiology, required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Interventional Radiology, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography – RT(R), required.
- IV Credentialed, preferred.
- Applicable state licensure, required.
- Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Thorough knowledge of interventional procedure and activity.
The Interventional Radiology Technologist I assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and / or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images.
