CRNA Opening in Leominster, MABoston 50mFull TimePermanent PositionSeeking CRNA to join a care team model comprising 5 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs at a community hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts.Facility Details:6 anesthetizing locations, including endoscopy and labor & deliveryAnnual case volume: 7,000Broad array of cases including orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and OB/GYNRequires proficiency in general, regional, and neuraxial techniques and acute pain managementPractice Model:Beeper call from home, equally sharedPhysician must be comfortable supervising CRNAs and performing own casesSupportive, collegial work environment with excellent collaboration with surgical staff and hospital personnelCompensation:Base salary: $265K$50K Sign on bonusAnnual Retention Bonus after year 2Benefits:Sign-on bonusComprehensive health and wellness benefitsPaid professional liability insurance, including tail coverageAccess to clinician wellness programs and CME resources Opportunities for professional development and internal referrals
