Job Title

Sales Support, Advanced Analytics Market Manager - Hospital Patient Monitoring (Cambridge, MA or Nashville, TN)

Job Description

The Advanced Analytics Market Manager will design, build, and scale tooling and workflows that improve productivity for the Market Development and Sales teams across the HPM opportunity lifecycle. The Market Development team owns HPM deal negotiations, total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling, return on investment (ROI) modeling, deal creativity around entitlement delivery, Request for Proposal (RFPs) bids and opportunity acceleration while maintaining a keen eye on margin control. This role will combine product pricing, commercial strategy, and financial modeling fluency to help teams move complex opportunities forward with greater speed, consistency, and margin discipline.

Your Role:

  • Design, build, test, and maintain tooling and analytics that support Market Development and Sales workflows across account research, deal preparation, TCO modeling, ROI modeling, customer value narratives, entitlement delivery options, and opportunity acceleration.
  • Partner with Market Development leaders to document HPM deal negotiation processes, identify repetitive or high-friction work, and prioritize ROI tools with measurable business impact.
  • Develop tools that help teams compare commercial scenarios, quantify customer value, assess margin impact, and recommend creative paths to move opportunities toward closure.
  • Embed margin-control guardrails into workflows, including approved assumptions, escalation triggers, risk flags, and checks against deal economics.
  • Create agent workflows that summarize account context, surface negotiation levers, identify deal risks, recommend follow-up actions, and prepare sales teams for customer and internal approval conversations.
  • Translate complex commercial models into practical user experiences that Sales, Market Development, and deal teams can use without needing technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, Product, IT, and Data teams to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, secure, and aligned with governance requirements.
  • Train users, collect feedback, monitor adoption, and measure productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, deal quality, modeling consistency, and contribution to opportunity closure.

You're the right fit if:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Business Planning or equivalent.

  • Experience building, configuring, or managing AI, automation, analytics, or agent-based solutions in a business setting.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales, commercial strategy, deal negotiation, pricing, TCO, ROI, margin analysis, or financial modeling.
  • Experience within the NAR HPM Market and knowledge of GPO organizations.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into practical tools, workflows, and adoption plans.
  • Comfort working with financial models, business cases, deal assumptions, scenario analysis, and executive-ready outputs.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and ability to partner with Sales, Market Development, Finance, Revenue Operations, Legal, Product, and IT stakeholders.
  • Sound judgment around data quality, confidentiality, governance, approval controls, and human-in-the-loop decision-making.
  • Experience with generative AI tools, agent builders, prompt design, retrieval workflows, workflow automation, or low-code/no-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM, CPQ, sales enablement, knowledge management, BI, or financial planning tools.
  • Background in enterprise deal desk, market development, revenue operations, sales strategy, solution consulting, or commercial finance.
  • Experience supporting complex negotiations, large strategic opportunities, or multi-stakeholder commercial decisions.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

This is an office role.
