Hematology-Oncology physician job in Texas : We are seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Classical (Benign) Hematologist for an academic medical center in the heart of Houston to diagnose, treat, and manage non-malignant hematologic disorders. This role is ideal for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality, evidence-based care and contributing to research and education in a dynamic academic environment.
Practice Overview:
Diagnose and manage a wide range of benign hematologic conditions, including anemia, clotting disorders, sickle cell disease, hemophilia, and thrombophilia.
Perform procedures such as bone marrow biopsies and blood transfusions when clinically indicated.
Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Contribute to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows.
