Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit - Travel Registered Nurse - $2390 per week.

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience.

• 3 months of travel experience is required with any experience within the last 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Nevada license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Unit Details: Patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients, including their families/caregivers.

Shift & Scheduling: No call. One additional shift is required during the schedule period. Schedule varies based upon department needs. Schedule may include weekends and holidays.

Floating Requirements: Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
