Lincoln Memorial University's Duncan School of Law invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Law beginning July 2027 .

We welcome applications from both entry-level and lateral candidates across all areas of legal scholarship, with particular interest in candidates with expertise in Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, and Family Law . As our innovative part-time hybrid J.D. program continues to expand, we also seek faculty members who are enthusiastic about excellence in online and hybrid legal education.

Preferred Qualifications
We value candidates with diverse professional experiences, including teaching, scholarship, legal practice, judicial clerkships, and other post-law-school professional accomplishments. Evidence of student mentorship, educational presentations, legal publications, and leadership in professional or community organizations is highly desirable.
