A growing group near Elkhart, Indiana - 30min from South Bend, has an opening for a Family Medicine Physician.

Board Certified Family Medicine Physician
Full-time, permanent
Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 8:30am-4pm
One late shift/month (10:30am-8pm)
100% outpatient
OB optional
Open to new grads and experienced physicians
Seeing all ages
20+ patients per day
On-call by phone only (minimal)
Athena EMR
Preceptor opportunities available
