About the Position

TransForce is seeking a CDL B Box Truck Driver to support local operations based in Memphis, TN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

Pay & Schedule Details

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM start, 40-50 hours per week. No weekends.
  • Pay: $26 per hour plus overtime after 40 hours.

Job Details

  • Route Type: Local Delivery
  • Freight: Delivering doors and trim to construction sites and stores.
  • Equipment: Box truck.
  • Handling: Driver must be willing to work in the city and other routes covering the outskirts of Memphis, such as Meridian, MS, Forrest City, AR, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a box truck on local routes.
  • Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
  • Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain accurate logs and paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role.

Minimum Requirements

  • License: CDL B.
  • Experience: 3+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years).
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
