General Manager

Zaxby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations at our fast-casual restaurant. You will oversee team leadership, guest service, food quality, and restaurant profitability. Responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling staff; managing inventory, food safety, and cleanliness; and ensuring a welcoming, efficient experience for every guest. You will monitor sales, control labor and food costs, and execute Zaxby’s brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong restaurant or retail leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for Southern hospitality, team development, and community engagement.
